Historic

Ericeira was established in the 12th century, its port became one of the major trade locations for Portugal.

The port is still in use today and though it's no longer the main port for the country, it is still in constant use by the local fishermen bringing in their daily catch to market.

Lovely Bay  was established in the summer of 2015, with the idea of bringing the international coffee culture to this beautiful seaside town, opening KFÉ coffee shop . The family have historic ties to Ericeira dating back hundreds of years, rooted in charity work and the hospitality industry.

Lovely Bay started developing other commercial spaces aiming to better supply the entertainment scene in Ericeira.

A big rehabilitation project of the core building of the portfolio is underway and should be ready for the summer of 2018.
